Our facelift incisions are maximally concealed and designed so they don’t raise or eliminate your sideburns (as most incisions do). We routinely combine an additional deep supporting layer repair with the skin tightening (something many surgeons delete). Our deep layer repairs allow wounds to heal without visible stitch marks. We commonly sculpt the fatty tissue of the face and custom design and sculpt facial implants when needed for the best result. Commonly mid-cheek lifts, as well as youthful restoration of the eyes and brow (forehead) accompany. Perhaps most important of all is the delight conveyed to us by patients over not looking “operated”!
